TIPS TO BEAT THE HEAT THIS SUMMER
Summer officially begins on June 21, and while many are looking forward to fun in the sun, this season may be meeting MSers with dread. According to the Journal of Applied Physiology, an estimated 60-80% of people living with MS experience heat sensitivity, also called heat intolerance. But not to fret! We Are Ill has five tips to help you beat the heat.
